We collect only the personal information required to assess eligibility and submit applications to UAE authorities: identity documents, contact details, and supporting evidence relevant to your category.
How data is used
Data is used solely to advise on and process your application, including submission to the relevant government department, medical centre or notary. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to complete your mandate.
Retention
Files are retained for the period required by UAE record-keeping obligations, after which documents are securely destroyed. You may request deletion of non-mandatory records at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to our data protection contact. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
