Terms of Service
The basis on which we accept and complete a consultancy mandate.
Scope of engagement
Each mandate is defined in a written quotation listing the services included, the government disbursements payable, and our professional fee. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents provided. Files containing inaccurate information may be rejected by the authorities and are not covered by our resubmission commitment.
Fees and refunds
Government disbursements are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Professional fees are refundable pro rata where work has not commenced.
Outcomes
Approval decisions rest solely with UAE authorities. We do not guarantee outcomes; we guarantee the quality and completeness of the submission.
